Hi, I’m Chris Davison. My journey began as the first in my family to attend college—a milestone that shaped the trajectory of my life and filled me with gratitude for opportunities my parents could never access. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to exploring the incredible machine that is the human body, sharing the wonder of biology, and helping others maximize their healthspan and vitality.

In 1988, I began teaching biology at the college level, complete with a skinny leather tie (no, I’m not bragging). For nearly 40 years, I’ve taken complex scientific principles and distilled them into relatable, actionable insights. I’ve spent decades researching how aging works—across species, including some that are nearly immortal—and applying this knowledge to help others and myself live longer, healthier lives. Like you, I’m on this journey of aging, and everything I recommend to clients comes from both scientific rigor and personal experience.

My path has been diverse, spanning science, health, business, and entertainment. Some highlights include:

Science and Health: I’m a recipient of the William D. Carey Award from the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), an honor that even brought me “15 minutes of fame” in a national television commercial. I’ve also worked as a Graduate Assistant with a national championship football program, motivating elite student-athletes to excel in one of the most competitive environments imaginable.
Technology and Business: I served as Lead Analyst for the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) publication Computers in Entertainment and partnered with the Hollywood Radio & Television Society (HRTS) to consult with over 200 top executives in producing in-depth profiles.
Entertainment and Creativity: As a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) member, I’ve gained firsthand insights into the creative world, allowing me to connect with actors and other creatives on multiple levels.

In addition to my academic degrees in biology, I hold an MBA with a concentration in strategic planning. This background helps me blend science and strategy, ensuring that interventions for health and aging are guided by sound overall strategies before diving into tactical solutions.

Beyond my professional life, I’m a history buff who has written a story about a mother and son, uncovering a long-hidden truth about the world’s first billionaire, John Davison Rockefeller. And, if I’m not working, you’ll likely find me watching Star Trek—a lifelong passion. From The Original Series to Strange New Worlds, I embrace the credo: “Live Long and Prosper.”
